Anne DeMar – 17030 Highland Circle, Paeonian Springs, VA 20129: We had to relocate unexpectedly and needed to market and sell our home quickly. John Kessler and Unie Nystrom from Coldwell Banker were a godsend! Their marketing program, along with the property video and photos really showcased our home in it’s best light; it sold during the open house held right after listing (for above asking price). They were excellent in their communications with us, always on top of things, listened to us with consideration, and executed their business with authenticity and transparency. Not only are they great and experienced realtors, but wonderful, caring and trustworthy people as well! John and Unie went far above and beyond their duties by making physical checks several times per week on our home while it was vacant and awaiting the next owners’ possession. We felt secure in leaving the home vacant knowing that the home was being looked after. Additionally, as our cross-country move was ever evolving, we had to leave our car behind as it’s transportation had not been set up by the time we had to leave. John and Unie kept the car safe for weeks until it could be shipped out. That is the epitome of customer service! We highly recommend John Kessler and Unie Nystrom for any real estate transaction.
