Their marketing program, along with the property video and photos really showcased our home in it’s best light; it sold during the open house held right after listing (for above asking price). They were excellent in their communications with us, always on top of things, listened to us with consideration, and executed their business with authenticity and transparency. John and Unie went far above and beyond their duties by making physical checks several times per week on our home while it was vacant and awaiting the next owners’ possession. We felt secure in leaving the home vacant knowing that the home was being looked after. Additionally, as our cross-country move was ever evolving, we had to leave our car behind as it’s transportation had not been set up by the time we had to leave. John and Unie were so patient with my situation. I met them at an open house in my neighborhood and informed them I was looking to move in another year or so and they made sure to keep in touch (without being a bother). They checked in every few months and lended advice as needed. Whenever I had a question they were readily available and when I had to push my move date they were right there to help me navigate my next steps. From listing to closing was maybe a month's time. They really made the process seamless for me as I was juggling the move with 2 toddlers. I recommend them for all your selling and buying needs. Oh and they also set me up with contacts in my new state as I mentioned I may be in the market sometime in the near future.
